Consent to personal data processing

Edition 2026-10-16. Consent to personal data processing for optional SPORTPOKER notifications.

1. Operator and expression of consent

I, a SPORTPOKER user, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, upon separately confirming this document, consent to the processing of my personal data by individual entrepreneur Gurgen Alexandrovich Balayan (INN 263606960022, OGRNIP 326774600691392; website https://sportpoker.app; contact privacy@sportpoker.app, telephone +7 977 607-65-47), referred to as the Operator, on the following terms.

2. Specific purpose

Delivery of optional Service event notifications that I select, including elimination notifications and tournament reminders for clubs I add to favourites, only within my selected categories and channels. This consent concerns purposes 5.8.1–5.8.2 of the Privacy Policy and is not required to sign in or access core functionality.

3. Data covered

Only as needed for the selected notification: my account identifier, chosen notification categories and channels, a club's favourite status, and identifiers and details of the relevant sporting event. For web push: subscription endpoint, cryptographic subscription keys and client information (user-agent); for mobile push: device platform, push token, application version, language and subscription activity timestamps. Payment card, passport, biometric and special-category data are excluded.

4. Operations, methods and recipients

I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, access for delivery, blocking, erasure and destruction, using automated and non-automated methods solely for the stated purpose. The selected delivery channel uses the relevant browser or platform service: Google/FCM, Mozilla or Apple/APNs/WebKit. Only the token or subscription endpoint and notification data needed for that channel are provided; the entire profile is not transferred. This does not authorise disclosure to every contractor or publication of data. Use of foreign services does not relieve the Operator of independently meeting Article 12 of Federal Law 152-FZ on cross-border transfers.

5. Duration

Consent runs from a separate verifiable expression of consent until the purpose is achieved, the relevant notification category or channel is disabled, or consent is withdrawn, whichever happens first. Removing a club from favourites also applies to that club's reminders. This document does not authorise new purposes or expanded data categories in advance.

6. Withdrawal and termination

I may disable optional notifications in settings, remove a club from favourites for its reminders, or send a withdrawal request to privacy@sportpoker.app. Identifying the linked account and choice being withdrawn is sufficient to locate the request; excessive data should not be sent. Processing for this purpose stops after withdrawal. Data no longer needed and lacking another lawful retention basis are destroyed within the period required by Law 152-FZ, generally no longer than 30 days. Necessary evidence of earlier consent and compliance may be retained on an independent lawful basis within the scope and periods described in the Policy. Withdrawal does not remove access to core functionality.

7. Limits

This consent does not replace the contractual basis for core account operation, participation and support. It does not authorise public dissemination of profiles, results, reviews or CVs, advertising, analytical cookies or any other optional processing. Separate documents and choices apply to those purposes. The Privacy Policy and offer are not combined with this consent.

8. Separate confirmation and edition

Publication or reading of this page, sign-in, acceptance of the offer, operating-system push permission and earlier settings do not themselves prove acceptance of edition 2026-10-16. When the Operator obtains consent under this document, a separate unambiguous expression of will must allow identification of the user, purpose, data, edition and confirmation time. This page publishes the document and does not automatically submit consent. Processing and rights are described in the Privacy Policy; requests may be sent to privacy@sportpoker.app.
