Public Offer

This document is a public offer (a proposal to enter into a contract) for SPORTPOKER subscription services. The Provider is individual entrepreneur Balayan Gurgen Aleksandrovich, INN 263606960022, OGRNIP 326774600691392 (the "Provider"). The Customer is a club or organizer who purchases a subscription (the "Customer"). The Provider's full details are on the Contacts page.

The Provider grants the Customer access to SPORTPOKER platform features (the "Service") for organizing sports poker tournaments under the single "Full access" subscription plan. SPORTPOKER is a SPORTS poker service: cash prizes to players are prohibited; only the club's subscription to the platform is paid. The Service is not gambling, bookmaking, or any financial service.

The list of services and pricing in rubles is published on the Pricing page. A single subscription plan applies — "Full access" to the SPORTPOKER platform for an organizing club — 5,000 RUB/month, which unlocks all features of the service at once. The stated price is final for the Customer.

Subscriptions are paid electronically through the connected payment service. Payment is deemed made when funds are received by the Provider. An electronic receipt is generated through the connected fiscalization system; a link to the receipt is sent to the Customer's email. Payment for a subscription constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

Access to the service under the subscription is provided for the paid period (month) from the moment payment is received. The service is deemed rendered at the end of the paid period. Subscriptions may be renewed for a new period.

If you subscribe with consent to automatic charges, the next period is charged to your linked bank card automatically. The exact amount and date of the next charge are shown in advance in the club cabinet. A price increase requires at least 10 days’ prior notice; a lower price may apply immediately with a price-change notice. You can disable auto-renewal at any time before the charge in the club cabinet (“Subscription” section, “Auto-renewal” toggle); access remains until the end of the paid period. Recurring charges on foreign bank cards are not supported.

The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time. To request a refund, email support@sportpoker.app with the payment details. A refund for the unused period is issued pro rata to the remaining days within 10 business days to the same payment instrument. The cost of services actually rendered (used period) is non-refundable. The free trial period is non-refundable.

The Service is provided as-is. The Provider is not liable for tournament organizer decisions or settlements between participants. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Personal data is processed in accordance with 152-FZ and the Privacy Policy. By accepting this offer, the Customer consents to data processing to the extent necessary to perform the contract.
