A mobile club app for players: announcements, sign-ups, and rating

A club app is a direct channel between the organizer and the players. On their phone, a participant sees the schedule of upcoming tournaments, signs up in one tap, follows their seating during play, and tracks their place in the rating. The club, in turn, stays in constant touch with its audience without intermediaries — not through someone else’s chats and feeds, but in its own app.

What players see

The app brings everything a tournament participant needs into one place, from the schedule to their own results history. Players don’t have to hunt for the schedule across different chats or ask the floor where they’re sitting: the information is always at hand.

• Tournament announcements — a listing of the club’s upcoming events with the date, format, and structure.
• Online sign-up — register for a tournament in one tap, with no calls or messages.
• Your table and seat — the player’s current table and seat, updated whenever they are moved.
• [Rating](/baza-znaniy/reyting-sportivnogo-pokera) — their position in the club standings and how their points change over the season.
• History — tournaments played and places finished, in the player’s personal profile.
• Push notifications — reminders about the start, registration opening, and schedule changes.

What the club gets

For the club, the app is more than a convenience for players — it is a retention tool. Your own communication channel doesn’t depend on social media algorithms: an announcement of a new tournament and a push about registration opening reach your audience directly.

• A direct channel — announcements and notifications reach players without intermediaries or extra noise.
• Retention — the rating and history give players a reason to come back and play regularly.
• Win-back — reminders about upcoming tournaments bring back players who haven’t visited in a while.

“A player who can see their place in the rating comes back for the next tournament on their own.”

The app also takes work off the club itself. When sign-ups happen online, the organizer doesn’t have to keep lists by hand in messengers and cross-check them before the start: the platform shows how many people registered and who showed up. And because the schedule, seating, and rating live in one place, players don’t have to ask “Where’s the schedule?” or “Which table am I at?” — which frees up the floor on tournament day.

Available on every device

The app runs on iOS and Android, and the same features are available on the web, from a computer or a mobile browser. Players use whatever suits them, while the club keeps a single database of tournaments and ratings. The app is part of the poker club platform: announcements, sign-ups, and seating come from the same tournaments the organizer manages.

Your own app also strengthens how you promote your club: a base of loyal players who have it on their phones is an audience you can tell about a new tournament instantly and for free.
